This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs permitted and prohibited use of the WhitePanther™ platform (“Platform”).

This Policy forms part of the WhitePanther™ Master Terms of Service.

Violation of this Policy may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access without prior notice where necessary to protect platform integrity.

  1. PURPOSE

WhitePanther is a business operations platform designed for lawful business communication, collaboration, marketing, productivity tracking, internal messaging, audio/video conferencing, and payment orchestration.

This Policy exists to:

  • Protect platform security
  • Prevent abuse and fraud
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain service reliability
  • Safeguard users and third parties
  1. GENERAL PROHIBITIONS

You may NOT use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Impersonate individuals or organizations
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with platform security mechanisms
  • Circumvent rate limits or technical safeguards
  • Reverse engineer or exploit system vulnerabilities
  • Conduct unauthorized competitive benchmarking
  1. EMAIL & MARKETING ABUSE

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use WhitePanther to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk emails (“spam”)
  • Conduct phishing campaigns
  • Use misleading subject lines
  • Harvest or scrape email addresses unlawfully
  • Send emails without valid consent
  • Distribute malicious attachments or links

3.2 Compliance Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for complying with:

  • Indian IT Act and related regulations
  • GDPR (where applicable)
  • CAN-SPAM (where applicable)
  • Other applicable anti-spam laws

Users must:

  • Maintain documented opt-in records
  • Provide visible unsubscribe options
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly

WhitePanther may restrict or suspend sending privileges if:

  • Bounce rates exceed acceptable thresholds
  • Spam complaints are excessive
  • Domain reputation is compromised
  1. AI MODULE MISUSE

You may NOT use AI features to:

  • Generate unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content
  • Create fraudulent financial or legal documents
  • Impersonate government agencies or businesses
  • Facilitate scams, phishing, or deception
  • Manipulate individuals through false representations

AI-generated outputs must be independently reviewed before use.

WhitePanther disclaims responsibility for misuse of AI-generated content.

  1. TEAMS, CHAT & AUDIO/VIDEO MISUSE

WhitePanther provides Teams collaboration, real-time chat, and audio/video conferencing tools.

You may NOT use these features to:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
  • Share unlawful or abusive content
  • Engage in hate speech or discrimination
  • Conduct phishing or social engineering
  • Distribute malware or harmful links
  • Record calls without lawful consent

Users enabling recording features must:

  • Obtain lawful consent from all participants
  • Comply with applicable recording laws

WhitePanther reserves the right to:

  • Remove abusive content
  • Suspend communication privileges
  • Restrict accounts engaged in harassment or misuse
  1. SCREEN RECORDING MISUSE

You may NOT use the Screen Recording Module to:

  • Record individuals without lawful consent
  • Capture confidential data unlawfully
  • Conduct covert surveillance
  • Violate employment or privacy laws

Screen recordings stored via:

  • Google LLC Drive

remain subject to third-party storage policies.

WhitePanther is not responsible for user misconfiguration of cloud permissions.

  1. TIME TRACKING MISUSE

You may NOT:

  • Falsify time records
  • Use the platform for unlawful employee surveillance
  • Misrepresent time logs for tax fraud or financial manipulation

WhitePanther is not a certified payroll or regulatory compliance system.

  1. PAYMENT & FINANCIAL MISUSE

WhitePanther integrates with:

  • Razorpay Software Private Limited
  • PhonePe Private Limited

You may NOT use the Platform to:

  • Conduct money laundering
  • Process fraudulent transactions
  • Initiate unauthorized transfers
  • Facilitate terrorist financing
  • Evade taxes or regulatory obligations
  • Circumvent payment provider controls

WhitePanther reserves the right to:

  • Suspend suspicious activity
  • Restrict payout functionality
  • Report unlawful conduct where legally required
  1. SECURITY VIOLATIONS

You may NOT:

  • Attempt to breach authentication systems
  • Conduct vulnerability scanning without authorization
  • Exploit known software bugs
  • Deploy automated bots to overload systems
  • Access or attempt to access other users’ data

Security violations may result in:

  • Immediate suspension
  • Permanent termination
  • Legal action
  1. DATA MISUSE

You may NOT:

  • Upload unlawfully obtained personal data
  • Share confidential data without authorization
  • Store regulated financial or health data without lawful basis
  • Use the Platform in violation of privacy laws

Users remain responsible for lawful data collection and processing.

  1. HIGH-RISK & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

WhitePanther may not be used for:

  • Cryptocurrency exchange operations (unless legally compliant)
  • Gambling services (unless legally compliant)
  • Weapons sales
  • Terrorist financing
  • Illegal pharmaceutical sales
  • Human trafficking or exploitation
  • Sanctions evasion

We reserve the right to restrict additional high-risk categories at our discretion.

  1. CLOUD & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

WhitePanther integrates with third-party providers, including:

  • Google LLC
  • Razorpay Software Private Limited
  • PhonePe Private Limited

Use of such services is subject to their respective policies.

WhitePanther is not liable for independent third-party infrastructure failures.

  1. ENFORCEMENT

WhitePanther may take proportionate action including:

  • Warning notices
  • Feature restrictions
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent termination
  • Reporting to regulatory authorities

Enforcement may occur without prior notice where necessary to:

  • Prevent harm
  • Protect users
  • Preserve system integrity

Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

  1. REPORTING ABUSE

Suspected violations may be reported to:

Reports should include sufficient detail for investigation.

WhitePanther may cooperate with lawful investigations.

  1. POLICY UPDATES

WhitePanther may update this AUP periodically.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
