WhitePanther is a platform operated by HOODS HUB PRIVATE LIMITED. 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WhitePanther platform (“Service”). 

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization. 

About the Service 

WhitePanther is an AI-powered platform that unifies workflows, collaboration, and business operations to enable efficient and connected execution. 

Our platform may include: 

• AI-powered assistance and chat 

• AI orchestration for workflow automation 

• AI marketing engine 

• Team collaboration (chat, audio, and video) 

• Email marketing tools 

• Work management (tasks, workflows) 

• Calendar and scheduling tools 

• File storage and management 

• Screen recording 

• Time tracking tools 

WhitePanther provides its own platform capabilities. Users may optionally import data from third-party services (such as calendars or storage providers) to enhance their workflows. 

Eligibility 

To use WhitePanther, you must: 

• Be at least 18 years old 

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract 

• Use the Service for lawful business purposes 

Account Responsibility 

You are responsible for: 

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials 

• All activity under your account 

• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access 

Organization Accounts 

For team or company usage: 

• Administrators manage user roles and permissions 

• You are responsible for internal access control 

• We are not responsible for misuse by your internal users 

License to Use 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use WhitePanther for your internal business operations. 

You may not: 

• Resell or sublicense the Service 

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code 

• Interfere with system security or performance 

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes 

AI Services 

WhitePanther includes AI-powered features such as assistance, workflow orchestration, and marketing automation. 

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies 

• Outputs should not be treated as legal, financial, or professional advice 

• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use 

We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. 

Data Import from Third-Party Providers 

WhitePanther allows users to import data from third-party providers (such as calendars, work management or storage services). 

• This functionality is optional and user-controlled 

• Access is granted only with your permission 

• Imported data remains under your control 

• You are responsible for ensuring lawful access and usage of imported data 

We do not take ownership of third-party data and do not control third-party systems. 

Collaboration Features (Chat, Audio & Video) 

WhitePanther provides collaboration tools for teams. 

• Performance depends on internet connectivity and user environment 

• Calls are not recorded unless explicitly enabled 

• If recording is enabled, users must obtain necessary consent 

We do not monitor private communications except where required for: 

• Security 

• Legal compliance 

• Abuse prevention 

Email Marketing Usage 

If you use email marketing features: 

You are responsible for: 

• Obtaining proper consent from recipients 

• Complying with anti-spam laws 

• Maintaining sender reputation 

We may suspend or restrict email functionality if: 

• Your activity negatively impacts system or sender reputation 

• Abuse, spam, or non-compliant behavior is detected 

Storage, Calendar & Work Management 

WhitePanther provides its own: 

• File storage system 

• Calendar system 

• Work and task management tools 

Users may import external data into these systems. 

You are responsible for: 

• Managing your data 

• Ensuring accuracy and legality of imported content 

Screen Recording 

Screen recordings are stored within your allocated storage. 

You must: 

• Obtain necessary consent before recording 

• Comply with applicable laws and workplace policies 

Time Tracking 

WhitePanther provides manual time tracking tools. 

• Time entries are user-controlled 

• This is not a payroll or compliance certification system 

• Users remain responsible for labour and regulatory compliance 

Data Ownership & Usage 

You retain ownership of all data you create or upload. 

By using the Service, you grant us limited rights to: 

• Host 

• Process 

• Store 

• Transmit 

your data solely for providing and improving the Service. 

AI Data Usage Transparency 

To enhance platform performance and user experience: 

• Certain inputs (such as prompts, interactions, or usage patterns) may be used to improve AI-driven features  

• Where applicable, such data is processed in a controlled and security-focused manner  

• We do not use your data for advertising or resale 

Your Control 

• You remain in control of your data at all times  

• Sensitive data handling follows strict access and security controls  

• Where applicable, options may be provided to limit or control data usage for AI improvements 

Acceptable Use 

You may not use WhitePanther to: 

• Send spam or unsolicited communications 

• Conduct fraud or misrepresentation 

• Distribute malicious content 

• Violate intellectual property rights 

• Abuse platform features 

Violations may result in suspension or termination. 

Suspension & Termination 

We may suspend or terminate access if: 

• Terms are violated 

• Security risks are identified 

• Non-compliant usage is detected 

Upon termination: 

• Access to the Service is revoked 

• Data export may be available for a limited time 

Confidentiality 

Both you and WhitePanther agree to protect confidential information shared during the use of the Service. 

Disclaimer 

WhitePanther is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 

We do not guarantee: 

• Uninterrupted or error-free service 

• Accuracy of AI outputs 

• Continuous availability of all features 

Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law: 

WhitePanther is not liable for: 

• Indirect or consequential damages 

• Loss of business, revenue, or data 

• Third-party service disruptions 

Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months. 

Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify WhitePanther against claims arising from: 

• Misuse of the Service 

• Unlawful or non-compliant activities 

• Violation of third-party rights 

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. 

Jurisdiction: Courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
