Product Module Terms

These Product Module Terms (“Module Terms”) form part of the WhitePanther Terms of Service. 

WhitePanther is a platform operated by HOODS HUB PRIVATE LIMITED. 

These terms describe how specific features of the platform function and the responsibilities associated with their use. 

AI Services Module 

WhitePanther provides AI-powered capabilities, including: 

• AI chat assistance  

• Workflow orchestration  

• Marketing automation  

Important Notes 

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information  

• Outputs should not be treated as legal, financial, or professional advice  

• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use  

WhitePanther is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. 

Data Import Functionality 

WhitePanther allows you to import data from external providers (such as calendars, storage systems, or other tools). 

Key Principles 

• This feature is optional and user-controlled  

• Access is granted only with your permission  

• Imported data remains under your control  

• We do not take ownership of third-party data  

You are responsible for ensuring lawful access and usage of imported data. 

Teams & Collaboration Module 

This module enables: 

• Team creation and collaboration  

• Role-based access control  

• Shared workspaces  

Responsibilities 

• Administrators manage user roles and permissions  

• Organizations are responsible for internal access control  

• WhitePanther is not responsible for misuse due to internal misconfiguration  

Chat Module 

The platform provides real-time messaging within teams. 

• Messages are processed to enable communication and collaboration  

• We do not actively monitor private conversations  

• Access may occur only for:  

• Security purposes  

• Legal compliance  

• Abuse prevention  

Acceptable Use 

Users must not: 

• Harass or abuse others  

• Share unlawful or harmful content  

• Conduct fraud or phishing  

Violations may result in suspension. 

Audio & Video Communication 

WhitePanther supports real-time audio and video collaboration. 

• Performance depends on user internet and device conditions  

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity  

Recording 

• Calls are not recorded by default  

• If recording is enabled, users must obtain required consent  

Screen Recording 

WhitePanther provides screen recording functionality. 

• Recordings are stored within your allocated storage  

• You are responsible for:  

• Obtaining consent  

• Managing access to recordings  

• Complying with applicable laws  

Storage Module 

WhitePanther provides its own file storage system. 

• You can store and manage files within the platform  

• You may import files from third-party providers  

• You are responsible for managing access and permissions  

Calendar Module 

WhitePanther includes its own calendar and scheduling system. 

• You may create and manage events within the platform  

• You may optionally import events from external providers  

• Imported data remains under your control  

Work Management Module 

This module enables: 

• Task and workflow management  

• Progress tracking  

• Structured execution of work  

Users are responsible for: 

• Managing task accuracy  

• Maintaining workflow integrity  

Email Marketing Module 

WhitePanther provides tools for managing email campaigns. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Obtain lawful consent from recipients  

• Comply with applicable anti-spam regulations  

• Maintain sender reputation  

Platform Safeguards 

We may: 

• Monitor delivery performance indicators  

• Restrict sending activity  

• Suspend accounts if reputation or compliance risks are detected  

Time Tracking Module 

WhitePanther includes manual time tracking functionality. 

• Time entries are user-controlled  

• We do not monitor user activity or keystrokes  

Disclaimer 

• Time logs are not payroll-certified  

• They may not reflect actual work performed  

• Users remain responsible for compliance with labour laws  

Third-Party Dependencies 

Some features may interact with external services such as Google LLC when users choose to import data. 

• Such integrations are permission-based  

• Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies  

• WhitePanther is not responsible for third-party outages or failures  

Changes to Modules 

We may: 

• Improve or modify features  

• Introduce new capabilities  

• Limit or discontinue certain functionalities  

We aim to provide reasonable notice where changes significantly impact usage.
