REFUND  &  BILLING  POLICY

WhitePanther is a platform operated by HOODS HUB PRIVATE LIMITED. 

This Refund & Billing Policy governs subscription payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund eligibility for the WhitePanther platform. 

Billing Overview 

  • All subscriptions are paid in advance  
  • Plans may be offered on a bi-annual, or annual basis  
  • Pricing is displayed on the official website and may change for future billing cycles  

Applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged as per Indian regulations. 

Auto-Renewal 

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle  
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing using your selected payment method  
  • You can cancel anytime before renewal to avoid future charges  

Failed Payments 

If a payment fails: 

  • We may retry the transaction  
  • You may be prompted to update payment details  
  • A limited grace period may be provided  

If unresolved: 

  • Access to paid features may be restricted or suspended  

Refund Policy 

General Rule  

All subscription payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by applicable law. 

Limited Exceptions 

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as: 

  • Duplicate or incorrect billing  
  • Verified technical issue preventing access to core platform features  
  • Accidental purchase reported promptly  

Conditions: 

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment  
  • Approval is at the sole discretion of WhitePanther  

Non-Refundable Situations 

Refunds will not be provided for: 

  • Partial usage of a billing cycle  
  • Unused subscription time  
  • Change of mind after use  
  • Feature expectations or dissatisfaction  
  • Downgrades during an active billing period  
  • Suspension due to policy violations  
  • Failure to cancel before renewal  

Annual Plans  

For annual subscriptions: 

  • Any approved refund (if applicable) may be prorated  
  • Discounts applied at purchase may be recalculated  
  • Administrative or processing fees may be deducted  

Plan Changes 

Upgrades 

  • May take effect immediately  
  • Additional charges may apply  

Downgrades 

  • Effective from the next billing cycle  
  • No refunds for the current cycle  

Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your subscription at any time. 

  • Cancellation stops future renewals only  
  • Current billing cycle remains active until expiry  
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund  

Chargebacks & Disputes 

If a chargeback is initiated: 

  • Your account may be temporarily suspended  
  • Access may be restricted during investigation  

For abusive or fraudulent chargebacks, we may: 

  • Permanently terminate the account  
  • Recover associated losses  
  • Take legal action where applicable  

We strongly recommend contacting support before initiating a chargeback. 

Billing Disputes 

  • Billing concerns must be reported within 15 days of invoice  
  • Delayed reporting may be treated as acceptance of charges  

Suspension for Non-Payment 

We reserve the right to: 

  • Suspend access to paid features  
  • Restrict platform usage  
  • Terminate accounts for continued non-payment  

Outstanding dues remain payable. 

Promotions & Discounts 

  • Offers may be time-limited  
  • May not apply to renewals  
  • May be revoked in case of misuse  

Policy Updates 

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
