WhitePanther is a platform operated by HOODS HUB PRIVATE LIMITED. 

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) defines how you may and may not use the WhitePanther platform (“Service”). 

Violation of this Policy may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access. 

Purpose 

WhitePanther™ is designed for lawful business operations, including: 

• AI-assisted workflows  

• Team collaboration  

• Communication (chat, audio, video)  

• Marketing activities  

• Work and data management  

This Policy exists to: 

• Protect users and platform integrity  

• Prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse  

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws  

General Prohibited Use 

You may not use WhitePanther to: 

• Violate any law or regulation  

• Engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation  

• Distribute malware or harmful content  

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data  

• Interfere with platform performance or security  

• Reverse engineer or exploit vulnerabilities  

Email Marketing Misuse 

You may not use the platform to: 

• Send unsolicited or spam emails  

• Conduct phishing or deceptive campaigns  

• Use misleading identities or subject lines  

• Send emails without valid user consent  

Your Responsibilities 

You must: 

• Maintain proper consent records  

• Provide unsubscribe options  

• Comply with applicable anti-spam laws  

Enforcement 

We may: 

• Restrict sending activity  

• Suspend campaigns or accounts  

• Protect platform reputation proactively  

AI Usage Restrictions 

You may not use AI features to: 

• Generate unlawful, harmful, or misleading content  

• Conduct fraud, phishing, or impersonation  

• Create deceptive or manipulative communications  

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before use. 

WhitePanther is not responsible for misuse of AI-generated content. 

Teams, Chat & Communication Misuse 

You may not use collaboration features to: 

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others  

• Share unlawful or offensive content  

• Conduct scams, phishing, or social engineering  

Recording Rules 

If you record calls: 

• You must obtain lawful consent  

• You must comply with applicable laws  

We may: 

• Remove abusive content  

• Restrict communication features  

• Suspend accounts involved in misuse  

Screen Recording Misuse 

You may not: 

• Record individuals without consent  

• Capture confidential data unlawfully  

• Conduct surveillance without authorization  

You are responsible for lawful usage and access control. 

Time Tracking Misuse 

You may not: 

• Falsify time records  

• Use the platform for unlawful monitoring  

• Misrepresent work data for fraud or compliance violations  

WhitePanther is not a payroll or legal compliance system. 

Data Misuse 

You may not: 

• Upload unlawfully obtained data  

• Share confidential or personal data without authorization  

• Use the platform in violation of privacy laws  

You are responsible for lawful data handling. 

High-Risk Activities 

You may not use WhitePanther for: 

• Fraudulent or deceptive operations  

• Illegal business activities  

• Harmful or abusive practices  

We reserve the right to restrict high-risk usage at our discretion. 

Security Violations 

Strictly prohibited: 

• Attempting to breach authentication systems  

• Accessing other users’ data without authorization  

• Conducting unauthorized testing or scanning  

• Overloading or disrupting systems  

Violations may result in immediate termination. 

Enforcement 

We may take action including: 

• Warnings  

• Feature restrictions  

• Temporary suspension  

• Permanent account termination  

In serious cases, we may report violations to relevant authorities. 

Actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to: 

• Prevent harm  

• Protect users  

• Maintain system integrity
