WhitePanther connects using limited, scoped OAuth permissions strictly for email support functionality.

What This Means

• We do not read your inbox
• We do not fetch historical emails
• We do not mirror conversations
• We do not store email content
• We do not create cross-user visibility

WhitePanther enhances productivity within your own session using secure token-based connectivity.

All email data:

• Remains inside your Gmail account
• Is governed by Google’s infrastructure
• Is never stored on WhitePanther servers

If email data is not visible, please verify access directly with your Email provider.

2. Cloud Storage Connectivity

Google Drive (Live)

Integrated with Google LLC Drive.

WhitePanther connects to your Drive account so files created through the platform are stored directly inside your own cloud storage.

Our Storage Policy

• No files are stored on WhitePanther infrastructure
• No duplicate copies are retained
• No shadow backups are maintained
• No local device download option (security-first architecture)

All files remain:

• In your Google Drive
• Under your administrative control
• Governed by your cloud provider’s security model

If files are not visible within WhitePanther, please verify them directly in your cloud storage provider.

Data Ownership Model

WhitePanther does not own user data.

All user-generated content is:

• Connected directly to the cloud provider
• Stored exclusively within the provider’s infrastructure
• Accessible based on the provider’s permissions
• Governed by your provider’s compliance framework

Encrypted Metadata Architecture

To enable structured functionality across modules, WhitePanther uses:

• Encrypted metadata references
• Secure token-based authentication
• Scoped API permissions
• No persistent content storage

Metadata is used only to:

No email body, attachment, or file content is retained.
