PRODUCT MODULE TERMS

Operated by HOODS HUB PRIVATE LIMITED

These Product Module Terms (“Module Terms”) supplement and form part of the WhitePanther™ Master Terms of Service (“Master Terms”).

In the event of conflict, the Master Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

  1. AI EMAIL & GMAIL INTEGRATION MODULE

1.1 Description

This module enables:

  • AI-assisted email drafting
  • Gmail account integration
  • Email composition support
  • Structured email workflows

WhitePanther integrates with third-party APIs provided by:

  • Google LLC

1.2 Data Architecture Clarification

  • Email content remains within the user’s Gmail account.
  • WhitePanther does not replicate or permanently store inbox data.
  • Only encrypted metadata references may be maintained for workflow continuity.
  • API access is limited and scoped.

Functionality depends on third-party infrastructure.

1.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI outputs:

  • May contain inaccuracies
  • May generate incomplete or misleading responses
  • Do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice

Users must independently verify content before sending or publishing.

WhitePanther disclaims liability for reliance on AI-generated outputs.

1.4 Email Compliance Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Obtaining lawful consent
  • Complying with anti-spam laws
  • Maintaining sender authenticity
  • Configuring domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC where applicable)

WhitePanther may suspend accounts engaged in spam or abuse.

  1. EMAIL MARKETING MODULE

2.1 Description

This module enables:

  • Campaign creation
  • Bulk email sending
  • Contact list management
  • Campaign performance analytics

This module operates independently and does not rely on Gmail inbox access.

2.2 Legal Compliance

Users must comply with:

  • Indian IT Act and related regulations
  • GDPR (where applicable)
  • CAN-SPAM (where applicable)
  • Other applicable anti-spam laws

Users represent that:

  • Contact data is lawfully obtained
  • Valid consent exists
  • Opt-out requests are honored promptly

2.3 Abuse Monitoring

WhitePanther may:

  • Monitor bounce and complaint rates
  • Restrict sending privileges
  • Suspend high-risk campaigns
  • Disable accounts exhibiting abusive behavior
  1. TEAMS MODULE

3.1 Workspace Structure

The Teams module enables:

  • Creation of organizational teams
  • Role assignment and permission controls
  • Internal collaboration spaces

Administrators are responsible for:

  • Assigning roles
  • Managing user access
  • Reviewing permissions periodically

WhitePanther is not responsible for internal misuse caused by administrator misconfiguration.

3.2 Data Handling

Team data may include:

  • Chat messages
  • Shared files
  • Internal workflow references

Data is processed in accordance with:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Data Processing Agreement

Retention may depend on organizational settings.

  1. TEAMS CHAT MODULE

4.1 Nature of Service

Teams Chat enables real-time text communication within organizations.

WhitePanther:

  • Does not actively monitor conversations
  • May access data where required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance

4.2 Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Harass or threaten others
  • Share unlawful content
  • Distribute malware
  • Engage in phishing or fraud

Violations may result in suspension.

4.3 Retention & Moderation

Message retention is subject to:

  • Organizational configuration
  • Platform retention policies

WhitePanther reserves the right to remove content violating policies.

  1. AUDIO & VIDEO CALLING MODULE

5.1 Nature of Service

This module enables:

  • One-to-one audio/video calls
  • Team conferencing

Call quality depends on:

  • User internet connectivity
  • Device performance
  • Network stability

WhitePanther does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.

5.2 Recording

  • Calls are not recorded by default.
  • If recording is enabled, users must obtain lawful consent from all participants.

WhitePanther is not responsible for unlawful recording by users.

5.3 Infrastructure Dependency

Real-time communication may rely on third-party infrastructure components.

WhitePanther is not liable for outages caused by network providers or internet disruptions.

  1. SCREEN RECORDING MODULE

6.1 Storage Model

Screen recordings are stored in user-controlled third-party cloud storage, including:

  • Google LLC Drive

WhitePanther does not permanently host such recordings unless explicitly stated.

6.2 User Responsibility

Users must:

  • Obtain lawful consent
  • Configure access controls
  • Comply with privacy laws

WhitePanther is not liable for:

  • Cloud storage breaches
  • Misconfigured permissions
  • Third-party outages
  1. TIME TRACKING MODULE

7.1 Description

Enables manual logging of work hours.

WhitePanther:

  • Does not monitor keystrokes
  • Does not use biometric tracking
  • Does not automatically validate work activity

7.2 Disclaimer

Time logs:

  • May not reflect actual work performed
  • Are not payroll-certified
  • Are not legally binding attendance records

Employers remain responsible for compliance with labor laws.

  1. PAYMENT & PAYOUT MODULE

8.1 Integration Model

WhitePanther integrates with:

  • Razorpay Software Private Limited
  • PhonePe Private Limited

WhitePanther:

  • Does not hold funds
  • Does not provide escrow services
  • Does not issue stored-value accounts

All financial transactions are processed by third-party payment providers.

8.2 Tokenization & Card Handling

WhitePanther does not store:

  • Full card numbers
  • CVV
  • Sensitive authentication data

Payment credentials are tokenized by the gateway.

8.3 Fraud Controls

WhitePanther may:

  • Flag suspicious activity
  • Suspend high-risk accounts
  • Report unlawful conduct where legally required
  1. FINANCIAL DASHBOARD MODULE

9.1 Informational Nature

The dashboard displays transaction data retrieved via API integrations.

Displayed balances:

  • Are informational only
  • May not reflect real-time settlement

Users should verify financial records directly with payment providers.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

WhitePanther integrates with:

  • Google LLC
  • Razorpay Software Private Limited
  • PhonePe Private Limited

Use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

WhitePanther is not liable for third-party infrastructure failures.

  1. MODULE MODIFICATIONS

WhitePanther may:

  • Modify module functionality
  • Introduce beta features
  • Restrict high-risk activities
  • Deprecate modules

Availability may change over time.

  1. LIABILITY LIMITATION

All modules are subject to:

  • Limitation of liability
  • Disclaimer provisions
  • Indemnification terms
