  • Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements)
  • Applicable RBI (Reserve Bank of India) guidelines for payment data security

  1. HOW WE WORK WITH EMAIL & CLOUD PROVIDERS

3.1 Gmail Integration (Founder Release – Live)

WhitePanther connects to Gmail using secure OAuth authentication provided by Google LLC.

Important: What We DO NOT Do

  • We do not read your inbox.
  • We do not sync your historical emails.
  • We do not monitor conversations.
  • We do not store email bodies.
  • We do not store attachments.
  • We do not create backup copies.

All email content remains inside your Gmail account and under Google’s security infrastructure.

WhitePanther only enables limited, user-initiated functionality within your authenticated session.

We fully comply with Google’s Limited Use Policy, meaning:

  • No Gmail data is used for advertising.
  • No Gmail data is sold.
  • No Gmail data is used for AI training.
  • No Gmail data is shared with third parties.

3.2 Google Drive Integration (Founder Release – Live)

WhitePanther connects to Google Drive to store files directly inside your own Drive account.

  • Files are stored in your Google Drive.
  • We do not keep copies on our servers.
  • We do not download files locally.
  • We do not maintain hidden backups.

If your file is not visible inside WhitePanther, please check directly in your Google Drive account.

3.3 Future Email & Cloud Integrations

Planned integrations (such as Microsoft Outlook / OneDrive) will follow the same privacy model:

  • Limited access only
  • No content storage
  • No resale of data
  • Secure encrypted connection
  1. OUR INDEPENDENT EMAIL MARKETING PLATFORM

WhitePanther includes its own email marketing system.

This system:

  • Does NOT connect to Gmail or any personal inbox
  • Operates independently
  • Requires verified sending domains
  • Uses authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Applies anti-spam controls
  • Monitors bounce and abuse rates
  • Allows unsubscribe management
  • Enforces permission-based email sending

We do not support bulk spam or purchased mailing lists.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam laws.

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

5.1 Account Information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Organization details
  • Login credentials

All stored in encrypted format.

5.2 Payment Information

Payments are processed through:

  • Razorpay Software Private Limited
  • PhonePe Private Limited

In accordance with RBI guidelines:

  • We do not store full card numbers.
  • We do not store CVV.
  • Payment processors tokenize card data.

Where legally permitted and compliant, encrypted card references may be stored securely for subscription continuity.

All payment-related information is encrypted and protected.

5.3 Personal & Business Data

We may store:

  • Business details
  • Subscription records
  • Billing addresses
  • Organizational metadata
  • Usage logs

All such information is:

  • Encrypted at rest
  • Encrypted in transit (TLS)
  • Protected by access control policies
  • Not sold or resold under any circumstances

5.4 Technical Information

  • IP address
  • Device type
  • Browser type
  • Security logs

Collected only for security, fraud prevention, and system performance.

We use information only to:

  • Provide platform functionality
